Suggested Use
Adults: 2 capsules, three times a day. Can increase to 1 capsule every 20 minutes during times of sudden onset of cold or flu symptoms or periods of extreme stress. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules in a 24-hour period.
Children Under 12: Start with 1 capsule and increase gradually to 2 capsules per day during cold and flu season (September - April). This method develops the strength of the righteous chi and will make them less susceptible to catching whatever viral/bacterial pathogen is going around.
For children appearing to be fighting something or you know they have been exposed to illness, give them another capsule every 20-30 minutes. The regular dose method should also be employed for children with ongoing challenges related to a weakened immune system or external pathogenic invasion (ex: acne, allergies) and can be increased to 4 capsules per day in those cases. When symptoms improve, it is time to lower the dose.
